To exchange experiences, discuss issues arising from international mathematics education and discuss new models of mathematics education in the 21st century. The Conference will focus special on the following areas: (1) Mathematics Education in the University; (2) Mathematics Education in different culture and
different nationality.

Conference attendance: no more than 100 participants. Any Chinese or foreign expert who has made contributions to mathematics education is entitled to register for the conference. As the attendance is limited, please fill in the following form as soon as possible and send it by mail (or by Email), with the abstract of your paper, to the persons concerned, by March 31,2002.
US$ 250 per person for those from overseas ; US$ 150 per person for graduate students from overseas; All should pay for transportation and hotel by expenses. Accompanying family members should pay US$ 200 for per person (including meals and one day tour).
